Create your own training plan

Open Training Plans and find the week you want to add a training plan to.

Under the training plans, in the lower-right corner, click Create New.

You create a new empty training plan that you can fill with exactly the exercises you want. You can choose from all the exercises, exercises made by your club or your favorite exercises.

This you can (currently) only do on your computer.
