The screen hangs / freezes / locks at the start of the Learn Handball app (Android only)

Do you experience problems with the screen hanging / freezing / locking at the start of the Learn Handball app? May occur on some newer Android phones.

This is a challenge we are aware of, and are working to find a better solution to. In the meantime, feel free to follow the steps below to perform a total reinstallation (does not stick with regular deletion).

Perform the following steps:

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Click "Apps"
  3. Select "Learn Handball"
  4. Click on "storage"
  5. Click "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache"
  6. Now you can download the Learn Handball app again and use it.
