Easily enter players or coaches to share exercises directly

How to add all players and/or coaches on the team and share exercises directly with them

The goal is to inspire that the handball is in use between the organised training sessions in the hall, as we see to a far greater extent is the case with football. Playing with the ball increases the sense of ball and control resulting in mastery and handball pleasure.

1. Select the Overview tab. Here you will find all the information about your/your team
2. Select the team you want to add players or coaches to. Some have only one team
3. a) Here you easily add the players to the team b) Here you easily add coaches to the team

4. Click the Training Plans tab and find the workout you want to send. Works exactly the same on Learn from the stars or Handball skills as well.
5. Click send

6. a) Tick off here to send to all players on the team b) Tick off here to send to all coaches on the team. (can also send to both if you want)
