There's nowhere to go where you can set up how many sessions your team has a week, but we're aware that it's different from how many times teams train per week.
Based on this, we have based our training plans on an average and what we think is optimal for each year. This means that on average, j 2005 trains twice a week. Boys 2005 trains on average three times a week. If you have fewer workouts, choose one session, and if you have more, you can run the same session several times.
As an option, you can create yourself an extra session yourself, or it is possible to duplicate a session from another week. Read more about this here. Some sessions may fall into extra good ground with players, and it's great to repeat this several times over a long period of time.
