We are now all experiencing a difficult period. An almost unreal existence where the uncertainness is what perhaps bothers us the most. It is a time to take into account, show social responsibility and reduce the risk of infection.
We are aware that this affects more than just the daily tasks. Nevertheless, we want handball fans to continue to do what they love. To facilitate the existence, we have adapted the training plans so they can be used at home or outside in the garden.
A great way to get fun workouts done is to encourage players to have joint workouts over Skype, Facetime, Messenger or the like. This helps to keep more players active, as well as it can be a great way to build unity in these times.
Does your team have a good way to train these days?

The bread was launched in REMA 1000 stores in January 2020, and just over 2 million have been added to the project. Sport for all is a collaboration between Learn Handball, REMA 1000 and the Norwegian Handball Federation. The sale of the bread will help more children, young people and adults with disabilities receive a local activity offer in everyday life.
The newly-baked European champion and world star Nora Mørk is now showing even more exercises as well as a lengthy interview in Learn Handball. We want to make children believe in themselves, both on and off the pitch. In the videos, Nora gives us a unique insight into how she thinks and trains, on her way back to the top of the world.
