With "Learn fromthe stars" some of the world's best players show off the exercises that have brought them to the top. Together with a lovely group of dedicated children, the stars share simple exercises, tips and tricks that will make everyone better handball players.

With the category,"Handball skills",we focus on exercises young handball players can do on their own in the garden, in the parking lot or in the schoolyard.

After the latest update of the system, our users can now easily post all players on the team and share exercises directly with them. The goal is to inspire that the handball is in use between the organised training sessions in the hall, as we see to a far more extent is the case with football. Playing with the ball provides increased ball sense and control resulting in mastery and joy.

Here are some simple tips you'd like to share your co-parent group:

  • Do not pack away the handball when the children return home from training. Leave it there so that the threshold for the ball into the toy is low
  • All play with ball increases ball feeling and control, which in turn creates mastery and joy
  • Bring your handball on holiday, at the cabin or at the camp school
  • Clear a small corner at home where handball is allowed. Use a soft ball if there is a lot of skirt heirlooms nearby
  • Paint a target or flash on the garage door
  • Come along and throw a few passes before bedtime (then the kids also sleep better afterwards)
  • Check out the video below, Bjarte Myrhol and a 9-year-old boy showing their snaice around the chair as an example of a nice home exercise.

Log in and enjoy ball exercises – of course adapted to your children's age.
